On July 22, the JingAn District Talent Work Bureau presented official plaques to units designated as participants in the district's Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, and Orient-chip Shanghai Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully designated as such a participant. Huang Beihua, deputy head of the Organization Department of the JingAn District Party Committee and director of the district's Talent Work Bureau, personally presented the plaque to the company; Shen Meicong, vice general manager of OCS Technology, along with relevant officials from the Shibei High-Tech Industrial Park, also attended the ceremony.
