Recently, Shanghai OCS Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "OCS") and the Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as "Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center") jointly established the "NICE–OCS Joint Innovation Center."

     Both parties will leverage their respective innovation resources and professional strengths to focus on breakthroughs in key core technologies within the semiconductor sector, and engage in cooperation in areas such as resource aggregation, innovative models, and talent development, thereby contributing to the high-quality and rapid development of the Yangtze River Delta integration initiative.

     The Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center is a comprehensive national technology innovation center approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. It is led by the Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Research Institute and is jointly established in collaboration with relevant institutions in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and other regions. The Center is positioned to facilitate the translation of scientific knowledge into technological applications, integrating national strategic objectives with the regional innovation needs of the Yangtze River Delta. Its core mission is to advance breakthroughs in key core technologies across critical sectors, foster industry-university-research collaboration to accelerate the transfer, transformation, and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, provide foundational technological support and transformation services for industrial development within the Yangtze River Delta region, and offer innovative services for the incubation, cultivation, and growth of science and technology-based small, medium, and micro enterprises.

     This time, the "NICE-OCS Joint Innovation Center," jointly established by OCS and the National Innovation Center, will integrate the strengths of both parties to identify and refine corporate technological needs and common challenges in the industry, conduct strategic research, introduce global innovation resources, and strive to achieve breakthroughs in key industrial technologies, shared technologies, and cutting-edge technologies. This initiative aims to further enhance the core competitiveness of OCS, drive industry development, and enable the company to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities with an innovative spirit—continuously advancing in the field of intelligent sensors to demonstrate China's capabilities and steadfastly contribute to building a manufacturing powerhouse.
